At Astra Studios we believe that quality and the purity of music comes within the heart. Our studios were originally designed in the 1960's for the recording of local Salsa and Latin music known as Ochoa Recording Studios, Inc. In 1994 , Antonio "Tony" Ochoa , commissioned the redesign , acoustics and facilities of the studies three experts recognized worldwide : Francis Manzella , John Storyk and John Klett .

We have hosted prominent artists such as: Menudo (Ricky Martin), Juan Luis Guerra, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, Sammy Davis Jr., Gilberto Santa Rosa, Ednita Nazario, Chayanne, Gloria Estefan, among others.

We have two Recording Studios at Astra:

• Antonio L. Ochoa- Full Orchestra Studio
• Rina de Toledo- Half Orchestra Studio
